The aim of this project is to develop and deliver an Offshore Wind Energy (OWE) careers platform as a foundational element of the broader National Offshore Wind Skills Training Hub. This initiative is a direct response to key sectoral reports, including Building our Potential: Irelandโs Offshore Wind Skills and Talent Needs (GreenTech Skillnet, 2024) and the Offshore Wind Skills Action Plan 2024 (DFHERIS).
