The Central Bank has the right, at its discretion, to extend the term for a further period or periods of up to 24 months on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Central Bankโs obligations at law, so that the Contract may ultimately have a maximum total duration of 48 months. Having regard to the nature of the Central Bankโs requirements, the contract value identified in sections 2.1.3 (Value) and 6.1 (Result lot identifier: LOT0001) of this notice represents the Central Bankโs best estimate at the time of award rather than a fixed value.
