RFT to support Skillnet Ireland in delivering short courses under the EU DIGITAL4Security - European Master's Programme in Cybersecurity Management and Data Sovereignty Project The purpose of this tender competition is to select an experienced and qualified Tenderer to design, deliver, and evaluate a suite of live online cybersecurity short courses, primarily targeted at SMEs but also open to other companies. These short courses are a key mechanism for delivering on the DIGITAL4Security project objectives, in particular: • Improving cybersecurity readiness and resilience of participating organisations. • Addressing the cybersecurity skills gap with training that is market-led, practical, and aligned with the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF). • Supporting secure digital transformation and competitiveness by equipping current and future organisational leaders with the skills needed to safeguard data sovereignty and mitigate cyber risks. The aim is to build practical cybersecurity awareness, strengthen digital resilience, and develop the skills needed to prepare current and future leaders—such as Cybersecurity Managers, Risk Managers, and CISOs—to address evolving cyber threats.
