The Authority intends to establish a contract with the most economically advantageous Tenderer and also to establish a multi-party Framework Agreementthe with the six (6) highest ranked most economically advantageous Tenderers for the Provision of Visualisation Services and ancillary services in relation to various public transport projects. These projects range from cycling and walking schemes to larger scale bus and rail projects. The Authority is seeking conclude a contract for the Provision of Visualisation Services with the most economically advantageous Tenderer. The Authority shall draw down the Services at its sole discretion as required under the Contract with the successful Tenderer. The first two (2) projects for which are the Services shall be drawn down as follows: โ€ข Reference Project 1: Dublin City, Coolock to Clontarf (Vernon Avenue to Coast) Walking and Cycling Scheme โ€“ 3D illustrations; and โ€ข Reference Project 2: Dublin City, Ringsend to City Centre Walking and Cycling Scheme โ€“ 3D photomontages and video animation. In addition, the Authority is seeking to establish a multi-party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Visualisation Services for public transport related projects funded by the Authority, with the six (6) highest ranked most economically advantageous Tenderers. The successful Tenderer(s) shall provide the Services under the Contract and/or Framework Agreement in accordance with the specification requirements across the following categories: a) Photography; b) Photomontages; c) 3-D Visualization; d) Illustrations/Collages; e) Animation; f) Schematic Mapping; g) Artificial Intelligence (AI) and h) Any other services specific to the successful Tendererโ€™s expertise, including those enhanced by emerging technologies. The full scope of service requirements can be found in the CFT documentation. The expected term of the Contract will be four (4) years in total. The expected term of the Framework Agreement will be for a period of four (4) years. The estimated framework value is โ‚ฌ1,489,600 however the Authority, including any participating parties, reserves the right to expend a maximum of โ‚ฌ1,690,000 over the framework duration.
