Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII)

TII intends to award a MetroLink Programme Delivery Partner Support Services Contract, with specific services to be performed set out by task orders. The Programme Delivery Partner appointed to perform the Contract will provide capability and capacity to integrate with and support the MetroLink Directorate in the co-ordination and management of the pre- and post-contract stages of the MetroLink Project. The Programme Delivery Partner will manage various contracts procured by TII through providing services relating to, inter alia, safety, project management, site supervision and contract administration. The Programme Delivery Partner Support Services Contract will be awarded in accordance with the provisions of the European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 286/2016). As the estimated value of this contract is equal to or greater than EUR 250 million, any economic operators participating in this tender process are under an obligation to notify the contracting authority of all foreign financial contributions as defined in Article 28(1), point (b) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2560 on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market. If no such financial contributions have been received, the economic operator must instead submit a declaration to the contracting authority that it has not received such financial contributions from countries outside the EU.
