Limerick City and County Council requires a suitably qualified company to create, produce and deliver all site operations associated with a unique illuminated experience that will attract visitor numbers to Limerick City. The successful Tenderer will provide (either directly or through 3rd party suppliers) all strategic event planning and delivery services for the event.
