The procurement competition is divided into 16 separate Lots, Tenderers can apply for one, several or all Lots. A separate contract will be awarded by each ETB and each ETB will manage their own contract. Any contract that may be awarded per Lot under this competition will be for a period of 3 (three) years. The Contracting Authority for the Lot in question, reserves the right to extend the term of the contract for a period or periods of up to 2 (two) years, with a maximum of two such extensions on the same terms and conditions (this is a possible 7 (seven) year contract per Lot).
It is estimated that the total value of all contracts awarded for all Lots over a full term of 7 years will range between €10m to €14m. It is estimated that the value of a contract per Lot over a full term of 7 years will range between €700,000 and €1.5m.
