In summary, the Services comprise: • A hosting service for the website • Technical Support and maintenance of our website, including data analytics provided through Google Analytics or similar to enable the HIA to monitor key indicators for our website, training and support for staff on in-house maintenance of site (non-technical) • Development of and maintenance of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). • Design – Contiguous to the support and hosting services, HIA will require the successful tenderer to carry out a number of design and development projects over the life of the contract, including website design and technical improvements.
