The purpose of this framework agreement is to allow HEAnet and its member institutions purchase VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) products, hardware and associated services which will include hardware and software for hosted/cloud-based PBX solutions, fixed line voice services and unified communications. The Education sector in Ireland has an ongoing requirement for VOIP products, hardware and associated services. Not included within the scope of this tender is legacy phone support, audio conferencing equipment, Microsoft licences, mobile voice and data communications and associated products and services (including bulk text). It is intended to set up a multi-supplier multi-lot framework.
