The surveillance system should be able to provide full support for detection of market abuse, insider dealing and other manipulative trading behaviours. The surveillance system needs to provide support for the Regulation of Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT) and for the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) including the ability to incorporate Urgent Market Messages (UMMS). The contract will be for a three year term with the option to extend for up to 5 years.
