Following on from the success of previous festivals, the vision for St. Brigid's Festival 2025 is to grow a vibrant and inclusive festival for the local community and county, driving visitors and raising international profile while celebrating the many strands of Brigid, Kildare and Ireland. St. Brigid's Festival 2025 will be designed to have an increasing appeal for both international and domestic visitors. The programme should be diverse and have wide appeal across both demographic profile and age groups. The festival must have a mix of contemporary and traditional events in various locations, covering the 5 Municipal Districts in County Kildare. The programme must include spectacular community experiences in keeping with the stands of Brigid, such as biodiversity and sustainability, arts and culture, social justice, spirituality, peace, female leadership, hospitality and education. This service will include full event programming, production and management of the 2025 St. Brigid's Festival, Kildare including website management and working with communications team on promotion of the festival. Event management including risk assessment, safety planning, traffic management, promotional events, managing and upholding all health and safety requirements for events. All tenderers must associate themselves with this competition in order to access documents, ask and receive queries and submit a tender response. All tenders must be uploaded in a zip file format, using the tender response document provided. Framework under Single Stage Open Procedure with Negotiation on the basis that the service comprises a Title III Service in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU.
