University of Limerick has initiated a major Website Redesign Project to redesign and update its web presence. University of Limerick (UL) has previously conducted a comprehensive User Experience Design (UXD) Research and Analysis project which will now direct and inform further design and development efforts to produce a final integrated and coherent website. The graphic and visual redesign of the website is largely being carried out in-house but University of Limerick (UL) will appoint a successful supplier for the Supply of Web Design and Drupal development services to assist in redesigning and restructuring the central Drupal site. The supplier will assist with completing the new visual design and then turning it into a Drupal theme. They will also make alterations to the structure and functionality of the site to match the outputs of the completed UXD process and visual redesign. A new search engine will be created to build in a comprehensive and highly usable search experience. In addition, alterations will be made to the system to improve the editor experience. UL invites proposals to assist in visually redesign our Drupal website; developing a Drupal theme and reconfiguring the site to match outputs from our UX process; building a comprehensive search functionality and enhancing the system to improve the editor experience.
