Services sought may include but aren’t limited to staff coaching and/or other relevant sessions for conversations covering: Plans for and delivery of training for hard and soft skill development; Performance improvement and management; Process improvement within teams; Leadership development; Personal effectiveness; Change management within teams; Intervention and mediation; Identification of team strengths, competency and working style; Psychometric testing, MBTI (Myers-Briggs) tests or similar qualitative analysis methods.
