This procurement process is on behalf of the Irish Public Health System (HSE) including Section 38 Acute Hospitals and organisations funded by the HSE including all 22 Acute Hospitals that receive Stroke patients. For the purposes of the Expression of Interest, the term HSE is to be interpreted as including hospitals and other organisations either fully or partially funded by the HSE. The HSE invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified service providers for Stage 1 of this Restricted Procedure tender competition. In Stage 2, HSE intends to invite a maximum of 5 pre-qualified Candidates to submit a tender.
