Dublin City Council is seeking to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for for the provision of Support, Maintenance, and Professional Services for its current ArcGIS solutions and environments. An initial contract for the provision of Support, Maintenance, and Professional Services with SLA for ArcGIS technology and ArcGIS environments, will be awarded for a period of 4 years. There are two optional drawdown requirements - • Optional drawdown days for both scheduled work and emergency work. • Optional drawdown hours for both scheduled work and emergency work. No undertaking is being given as to the number of days/hours that will be drawn down.
