Croí Cónaithe (Cities) Scheme Expression of Interest 3rd Call. The Scheme will be managed and administered by The Housing Agency on behalf of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage. The Housing Agency will now receive Stage One expressions of interests for developments via e-tenders to identify suitable proposals. Proposals which are assessed as suitable in Stage One will be ranked in Stage Two in accordance with the ranking criteria.
