Advanced + Fit-Out Works at NMH @ SVUH Campus (Works Contractor and as PSCS). The works relate to the creation of a Single Operator Framework, to deliver a series of advanced / fit-out works in connection with the NMH relocation to the campus of St Vincent's University Hospital (SVUH). These works will consist of the construction and fit-out of a number of temporary and permanent structures, including M+E services' upgrades, at various locations both on and off the SVUH campus. Applicants should note that the general description of works provided below is not exhaustive in nature: 1. Fit-out of a new Dermatology facility; off-site; approximate floor area 1500m2. 2. Temporary single storey structure to house the temporary Catering Kitchen; approximate floor area 700m2. 3. Temporary two storey structure, located on the roof of the existing Herbert Wing Building, to house the Staff Canteen and the In-patient Ward; approximate floor area 1,600m2. 4. Fit-out of the existing ERC Building to house the Molecular Lab; approximate floor area 290m2. 5. Temporary relocation of the Waste Marshalling Yard (to a carpark area), which includes enclosed rooms, open sided storage and an open-air yard; approximate area 1,250m2 including yard. 6. Temporary two storey structure to house Purchasing Stores + Supplies; approximate floor area 800m2. 7. Temporary single storey building to house the Carpenter's Workshop; approximate area 250m2. 8. Construction of various mock-up rooms, both on and off campus. 9. Clinical and Non-Clinical Areas Refurbishment / Alterations / Reconfigurations / Extensions, consisting of the following: o Modifications to existing internal layouts o Upgrading internal finishes o Upgrading mechanical and electrical installations including associated plant o Modifications to external faรงade o Structural modifications o Fire improvements works 10.Site clearance works including the: o Demolition of existing buildings o Excavation works o Service diversions / installations o Asbestos / contaminated material removal. 11. Upgrades to access / internal junctions. The value of the individual works noted above may range between โ‚ฌ2,000,000 and โ‚ฌ20,000,000. The overall value of all the works to be undertaken under this framework will not exceed the amount of โ‚ฌ60,000,000.
