Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Audio Visual technical design consultancy services for the Greater Dublin Area Traffic Control Centre for Dublin City Council

Dublin City Council are seeking an Audio Visual (AV) technical design consultancy to design the Audio Visual package for the Greater Dublin Area Control Room to include: Identifying our business needs; Assessment of the new Greater Dublin Area Control Room for the purpose of providing correct Traffic Control Room ergonomics with operator in focus for a collaborative environment; Detail the requirements for producing a high level system architecture design for supporting the application services required for both Traffic Control Rooms, that factor in resiliency measures; Detail the requirements for producing a high level network architecture design for supporting the Audio Visual Services, including integration between the two Traffic Control rooms; Conduct room / space assessment for Audio Visual hardware and software services meeting customer requirements for both the new and existing control room; Providing technical advice and ensuring the Technical Design plan provides state of the art solutions with full compatibility and future proofing the facility; Produce a Technical Design plan for rooms, spaces with vendor agnostic designs; Creating a design integration plan; Concept modelling and option development with customer; Procuring necessary supplier and contractors including preparing all tender documents and carrying out tender assessments; Working with the Environment and Transportation Department and the IS Department to source equipment and services that can be procured through existing contracts and frameworks Supervising the installation, testing and handover. • In order to download all documents associated with a particular Call for Tender, Economic Operators must express an interest in the Call for Tender by associating a user from your organisation with the CfT.
4. Economic Operators should note the following when making their submission:
• In order to submit a document to the electronic tender facility you must first accept the agreement for a Call for Tender and confirm the validity of your user details.
• This will launch the online Tender Preparation Tool where you can create your tender online and prepare your tender response for submission.
• There is a maximum upload limit of 100MB per tender submission.
• After submitting a response, the response may be modified and re-submitted as many times as may be necessary until the CfT deadline has expired.
• The ‘Submit’ button will be disabled automatically upon the expiration of the response deadline.
5. All queries must be submitted through the messaging facility on www.etenders.gov.ie. Resource ID: 2766780, and must be in question format. Responses will be circulated to those that have registered an interest in this notice on www.etenders.gov.ie. The details of the party making the query will not be disclosed when circulating the response. All queries must be submitted by 12 noon (Irish time) 8th January 2024 to enable issue of responses to all interested parties.
