Please note we have just discovered there is an issue with this e-tenders system, where tenderers were unable to upload response to Tender documentation through the normal format. As such we will be re-advertising this process through this contract notice. This contract notice for RFT ref number 2141468 replaces contract notice for RFT ref number 2089398. We will submit a link to all parties who have submitted an expression of interest for in this tender portal, once this new RFT is published.
