THE PROVISION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (INCORPORATING THE PRODUCTION OF A STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT REPORT AND A PRELIMINARY BUSINESS CASE IN RESPECT OF TWO ONGOING CAPITAL PROJECTS)
The Contracting Authority, in partnership with HSE Estates, is currently developing two key infrastructural projects of national importance on the main Beaumont Hospital campus:
โข New Emergency Department;
โข New Acute Ward Block Development.
To ensure compliance with the Public Spending Code (PSC), as published by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, a Strategic Assessment Report and a Preliminary Business Case are required for both of the above projects. The successful consultant identified by this process shall assume responsibility for producing the required reports, taking cognisance of the fact that design teams for both projects have been appointed and preliminary design work is underway.
