Description of renewals:

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to twelve months with a maximum of four such extensions or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority's obligation at law.

Description of options:

The Contracting Authority wish to put in place a contract to allow it to purchase maintenance for its existing Ivanti software suite as set out in the RFT with the option to purchase additional 400 licences over the duration of the contract in the event same are required.
