Short description:

The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage seeks the provision, configuration, implementation and on-going maintenance and support of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for the management of the Department’s licensing, case management and grant schemes.

This will include but not limited to the capture and recording of applications, validation, approval and status tracking of applications, workflow management, payment initiation and associated end-to-end reporting and analytics.

The CRM platform will provide the citizen with a customer portal through which they can make applications, track applications, make contact with the Department, and make payments and more.

Estimated value excluding VAT: 1 000 000 EUR 💰
Duration: 36 months
Description of renewals:

The Contracting Authority reserves the right, to extend the Term for

a period or periods of up to 12 months (1) year each with a maximum of two (2)

such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
