A renewal amount of 6000 will be used for evaluation. The exact renewal amount will be agreed with successful reseller prior to the order being placed. It is envisaged the number of licences required this will change over the term of the contract. The maximum licence cost will be fixed for the duration of the contract and paid annually over the 3 year (36 month) term.

The OGCIO has the leadership role for the digital agenda across Government.
