It is expected that the Consultancy service will support activities as listed below: โข Lead and manage the progress of the assignment on a day-to-day basis, including assessment of timelines, issues and risk. โข Identify and request the necessary resources to ensure service deliverables and timelines are achievable. โข Communicate and report progress to ODTI management and escalate any issues. โข Deliver updates/reports and documentation on request to ODTI. โข Liaise and engage with relevant stakeholders to deliver the expected benefits of each initiative.
