The University is seeking the services of a Sports Surface Consultant Service. All Sports Consultants must have a proven track record in successfully implementing and recommending the best possible sports surface solutions where a wide variety of Sports are undertaken.
The successful Sports Surface Consultant will support the Buildings and Estates Department. UL intends to establish a Single Operator Framework for Sports Surface Consultancy Services. The successful tenderer will be required to have the relevant competencies and qualifications to fulfil the role.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right, at its discretion, to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to Twelve (12) months with a maximum of Two (2) such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
