The NUI Galway Development Directorate wishes to procure an alumni and friends relationship management database system to enable the University to fulfill its statutory obligations under the Universities Act 1997 to allow graduates to participate in elections to its Governing Authority. The database will also be utilized to communicate with graduates, donors and friends of the University in relation to initiatives, Alumni activities, post graduate opportunities, career development opportunities, professional and part time courses, events and other services that may be of interest to graduates.

Duration: 48 months
Description of renewals:

The framework agreement will initially be established for a period of [four] [4] years, with the option to extend for a further period of [one] [1] year, subject to a maximum of [four] [4] such extensions, subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
