As this tender is for Event Management and Set Up and Event Live Streaming, the University will also accept tender submissions from suppliers who wish to collaborate with another supplier to allow them deliver the full-service requirement to the University. Should a supplier wish to collaborate with another supplier. Please only submit one tender and the lead tenderer should be clearly identified. The information requested in Section 2 should be provided in respect of the lead tenderer.

The intention is to make the appointment for an initial period of 3 years at which time the Contract will be reviewed and may be extended for 2 further one-year extensions subject to satisfactory service provision to the University.
