Short description:
An initial contract will be awarded for an externally-hosted Rostering system which will perform the following functions:
โ€ข time and attendance management;
โ€ข facility to confirm attendance status on a daily basis by station officer and ability to adjust as necessary;
โ€ข leave management including leave self service;
โ€ข leave Swap;
โ€ข leave approval process to level of maximum of 3 approvals;
โ€ข rostering including the support of multiple shift patterns;
โ€ข upload and assign all annual and compensatory leave for all personnel on an annual basis;
โ€ข overtime scheduler โ€” Mobi Dialler system replacement for overtime dialling, scheduling and recording;
โ€ข overtime list management;
โ€ข data extraction of attendance, overtime, leave records for wages;
โ€ข skills management;
โ€ข provide the ability to interface with external datasets from systems currently in use for recording of skills;
โ€ข a seamless deployment that responds to both web and mobile devices;
โ€ข staff management including movement of staff location;
โ€ข full reportable system;
