An initial contract will be awarded for an externally-hosted Rostering system which will perform the following functions:

โข facility to confirm attendance status on a daily basis by station officer and ability to adjust as necessary;
โข leave management including leave self service;
โข leave Swap;
โข leave approval process to level of maximum of 3 approvals;
โข rostering including the support of multiple shift patterns;
โข upload and assign all annual and compensatory leave for all personnel on an annual basis;
โข overtime scheduler โ Mobi Dialler system replacement for overtime dialling, scheduling and recording;
โข overtime list management;
โข data extraction of attendance, overtime, leave records for wages;
โข skills management;
โข provide the ability to interface with external datasets from systems currently in use for recording of skills;
โข a seamless deployment that responds to both web and mobile devices;
โข staff management including movement of staff location;
โข full reportable system;
