An 18 Step Action Plan sets out a range of projects and programmes which will deliver the Public Service ICT Strategy including Build To Share (BTS) Infrastructure Initiatives. The Service Delivery Unit (SDU) in the OGCIO is responsible for delivering these central BTS Infrastructure initiatives and services to Government Departments and Public Service Bodies.
