Short description:
The contracts that the RSA will need such support with include but are not limited to:
• Technical Inspection Services Provider (“TISP”),
• Commercial Vehicle Information System (“CoVIS”),
• Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Testing (“CVRT”) Training Service Provider
The RSA may require additional support services including but not limited to:
• Assistance in drafting contract management policies, procedures, processes, and their rollout in the RSA.
• Conducting strategic review and options analysis for Driver Licensing service delivery.

Duration: 36 months
Description of renewals:
RSA reserves the right (but is not obliged) to extend the Contract Term for a period of up to 24 months with a maximum of three such extensions up to a maximum duration of 108 months.
