Corrigendum Request for tenders Delivery, installation and configuration of a Management Resource System — On-premise TEDB8-IRL/2021/S083321 Hereby we inform applicants and potential applicants to the call for proposal TEDB8-IRL/2021/S083321 – Delivery, installation and configuration of a Management Resource System – On-premise on the publication of a Corrigendum. 1) Details of Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General’s current specifications for On-premise software: ICT Architecture • each office has an internal LAN which operates at 1Gbps; • Officers in the offices serviced by the OGCIO have access to the following core set of facilities and services: Windows 10 Enterprise PC with Office 2016 suite Professional edition; • the intranet/collaboration provided by IT Services is Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013; • users access services using Microsoft Active Directory on Windows Server 2012 for authentication purposes. All new applications introduced are expected to leverage this directory infrastructure for the purpose of user authentication; • OGCIO uses Hyper-v 2016/2019 as its virtualisation platform supporting various Windows Server versions up to and including Windows Server 2019 guests. The winning vendor must be able to integrate with any Windows platform. The Service must be manageable in accordance with the current LAN/WAN at no extra cost to the OGCIO. Database Platform OGCIO currently supports the following database platforms but are open to hosting any database platform, while allowing third parties to support them. Any supported version of Microsoft SQL Server (SQL 2012 – SQL 2019). Any edition of Microsoft SQL Server (Express, Standard, Enterprise). 2) The date for request for clarifications on this RFT has been extended from 16.00 22 February 2021 to 16.00 on 2 March 2021.
