A series of requirements workshops was completed in Q4 2019 across all departments to identify cross functional reporting requirements and associated common IT tools. The overall outcome of this detailed review was the identification of the need for a common customer focused platform which will then form the foundation of the cross functional reporting and IT Tools usage for the organisation. The customer platform selected will either be updated directly within the department depending on the overall business process match or will accept automated imports from the existing operational systems.
