Short description:
The advisor will be required to provide advice on a wide-ranging number of topics, including but not limited to:
โ€ข corporate structure for the Group โ€“e.g. multiple development sites/SPVโ€™s, intercompany loans and group costs/overhead cost allocation;
โ€ข initial tax structuring advices;
(b) corporate Finance including capital structure of the LDA and funding options;
d) any other services ancillary to above.
The advisor will need to have the flexibility to deal with unanticipated situations (e.g. emerging of new strategic initiatives) and be able to respond in a timely manner to assist the LDA in all matters associated the start-up of a new state agency.
