The contracting entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to establish a vendor to provide a commercial off the shelf (cots) ‘Laboratory Information Management System’ (LIMS)
A cloud based solution is the IW preference, however, on premise solutions will be considered.
This competition will cover 2 separate contracts. The first contract will cover the supply, design, build, implementation, testing, data migration, and configuration, have the capability to integrate with analytical instruments and IW applications e.g. Line of Business (LOB) systems, documentation, training and licencing.
The second contract will cover the licensing, maintenance and support of the system.
