Description of the procurement
ESB is requesting expressions of interest from suitable vendors for the Supply and Implementation of a Robotics Process Automation Platform and Automation Services. ESB has a large IT application landscape including Microsoft Windows and Server environments, Citrix environments and a SAP environment where a substantial number of business processes take place. Any proposed solution would need to be compatible with all of these environments. The IT landscape also includes off-the-shelf applications, heavily-customized applications, bespoke and cloud applications. ESB is seeking to automate processes across the organization and these will range from mission critical to low priority processes. It is estimated that circa 100 processes will be automated during initial 3 year contract and inclusion of additional processes will be negotiated with successful vendor at contract extension stages. The successful vendor will be expected to comply with ESB’s technical, procedural and IT security standards as directed by the organization.
If the applicant is not the owner of the proposed software solution please indicate in your response to Section B.1.5 Contracting Model the preferred contractual/relationship structure.
