As such the authority is seeking a supplier to provide a new content management system(s) to maintain all of the sites. This will improve the authority’s ability to manage and efficiently update and disseminate content. It is envisaged by having one provider and system(s) will reduce the complexity of managing, maintaining and supporting system(s).

Description of renewals:
The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years. If the services provided are deemed to be satisfactory the contract may be renewed once by the authority, at its sole discretion, with the renewal being for a period up to 12 months.
