The IAA intends to establish multi-party framework agreements for the provision of ICT services to enable the IAA draw on the required resources/services as needed. There are 3 lots involved as follows:
1) ICT Frontline Support;
2) Other ICT Personnel;
3) ICT Infrastructure/Project Work.
Tenderers may submit a proposal for one or more lots and for one or more category in Lot 3.
