Currently processes are currently off system, and applied manually and inconsistently across the business. The quality and governance of our underlying people data is a key issue for all of our core HR processes and we have no systemised controls to manage same. Our current HR system was implemented 20 years ago, has not been upgraded, and is now end of life.

We need to support our people by clearly defining our processes, and embedding them into a systemised solution. Bringing all our people data on system, with clearly defined processes and system controls, will also enable us to address GDPR and compliance risks.
