The priority for the Central Bank is selection and implementation of personnel, time, payroll and pensions functionality.
The Central Bank reserves the right not to proceed with the purchase and implementation of the other modules or elements of the above functionality should it be deemed such functionality not to be a suitable fit. Tenderers should clearly indicate how the licensing methodology caters for such an approach.
