The multi-party framework will be made available for use by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, South Dublin County Council and Wicklow County Council also.

— Project A: full design team service for delivery of a proposed residential construction project at Hayestown, Rush, County Dublin,
— Project B: partial consultancy service for the project oversight, control and administration of a contractor design and construction contract for 69 accelerated delivery dwellings at Cappaghfinn 3, Cappagh Road, Cappogue, Dublin 11.
