Framework Agreement for Courseware to Support the Delivery of Online Training

SOLAS

The purpose of this procurement framework is to source a range of courseware to support the delivery of online training across 2 Lots. The courseware procured under this framework will support online courses delivered via eCollege, in addition to blended learning courses delivered throughout the further education and training (FET) sector in Ireland. FETโ€™s target group is anyone who is over 16 and wants to learn new skills or enhance existing skills to get the right job, progress to third-level or support the achievement of personal goals. Courses are made available to participants free of charge.
Courseware must be suitable for inclusion in Moodle (SCORM, AICC or other standards that seamlessly integrate with recording of results and activity within Moodle). The version of Moodle currently in use is 3.5 with upgrades to be applied over the lifetime of this tender.
