The Contracting Authority reserves the right to utilise this contract for the replacement of any of the vehicles, plant and tools originally supplied for the construction plant fitting workshop. The Contracting Authority will go to the successful tenderer under the relevant Lot for any such replacement items. This option will apply for the duration of the contract i.e. four (4) years.
The Contracting Authority also reserves the right to utilise this contract for the procurement of any additional items of equipment that may be required to meet revised syllabus requirements in the delivery of Construction Plant Fitting training courses for apprentices at the Archerstown Training Centre.
