Advisory Support for the development and design of a pilot scheme addressing the interaction between energy efficiency improvements and health outcomes
The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI), established by Government under the Sustainable Energy Act 2002, has a mission to play a leading role in transforming Ireland into a society based on sustainable energy structures, technologies and practices.
Addressing energy poverty is a key Governmental priority as set out in the National Strategy to Combat Energy Poverty, published in 2016.
The objective of this RFT is to appoint one services provider to provide specialist advisory support for:
โ the management of the project,
โ the preparation of an interim business case to ensure continuity of the project during the research phase and prior to the final Cost Benefit Analysis of the project.
