Administration and Management Support Services for the National Train Control Centre and Train Management System

IÉ is seeking to engage external support for management and support services to administer the TMS NEC 3 Option C target cost contract. While the consultancy will provide project support services necessary to deliver this requirement. It is envisaged that the team will require expertise in the following disciplines:
— project management of the NEC3 Option C target cost contract,
— programme management and planning scheduling,
— contract/commercial management/quantity surveying,
— change control management,
— project accounts, budgeting and cost control,
— risk management,
— design management and co-ordination,
— collaborative working relationship facilitator,
— admin staff — document control.
