To this end, Trinity proposes to develop our Trinity Technology Enterprise Campus (TTEC). The total floor space of the development site is yet to be determined. A strong working level of 100 000 m is a reasonable first effort based on an initial blocking study and first engagement with town planners. An international benchmarking process has determined that the breakdown of space will be in the ratio of 40 % being academic; 40 % commercial and 20 % commercial space but focused on support infrastructure. A more detailed outline is provided in documents attached hereto.
