Fingal County Council

Fingal County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor/s to provide service desk and infrastructure services to replace the existing internal provision of such services. This managed service will include service desk telephone support, deskside support at our two main user sites, field support at other Council sites, application support and infrastructure support. In addition to providing managed services, the contractor is expected to provide project based services to manage and deliver change within the infrastructure and service desk environments.

The primary aim of the contract is to provide a range of service desk and IT infrastructure-related services designed to meet the needs of Fingal County Council.
