— Establishment and provision of a managed hosting service for ABP's suite of applications CRM, Portal and GIS. This could be extended to include other applications in the future.
— Provision of an end-to-end managed support service for the external hosting environment supporting ABP's suite of applications up to the application layer including management of the operational relationships with other third party suppliers.
— Provision of a mechanism, based on daily rates, to instigate necessary change, enhancement, improvements etc. to the infrastructure (virtual and physical) to support the needs of the organisation into the future for the duration of the framework.
