Connection to the existing Dungarvan water supply network.
Construction of a new pumping station building with a plan area of 31.1 m² within the existing Springmount pumping station site, to pump 575 m³/day to reservoir storage in the Ring Helvick area, at a rate of 16 litres/sec and 92 m pumping head.
Construction of 2 No. reservoir sites (the Lower Reservoir site and the Upper Reservoir site) adjacent to Robert's Cross in the Ring Helvick area.
Installation of a 6 150 m 250 mm OD SDR11 HDPE rising main with surge vessel from Springmount pumping station site to the Lower Reservoir site.
