ESBโs vision is to be a best in class finance function, leveraging technology and automating processes. To this end, ESB seek to procure a general ledger account reconciliation tool and task management software. This general ledger account reconciliation solution should automate, simplify and standardize the general ledger account reconciliation process and enhance the internal control environment. The accounting systems involved are SAP ERP 6.06 and SAP Business Consolidation System (SEM โ BCS 6.34).
The solution should be a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
Requirement:
ESB wishes to invite expressions of interest from solution providers to provide, implement and support a general ledger account reconciliation tool and task management software.
In scope:
โ provision of a general ledger account reconciliation tool and a task management software,
โ implementation services to configure the solution to ESB specific requirements including integration with the relevant ESB systems i.e. SAP ERP, SAP BCS as well as the ability to import data from all sources, including bank files or statements and spreadsheet based models,
โ support services,
โ utilization of licenses pertaining to the general ledger account reconciliation and task management software,
โ provision of training on how to operate the general ledger account reconciliation and task management software.
Out of scope:
Transaction matching, journal entry and intercompany matching modules โ these modules will not be considered at this point in time.
